Red Striping will be on the 25th and 26th of August. Additional striping times are available,  but please be sure that these need to be set up BEFORE striping day. Students are reminded that:

they need to have completed their worksheets or their essays for their gold stripes before they will be allowed to red [...]

Come to the First Eastern Exercise Event on July 24th, starting at 10:00 am. Come for a rousing hour of Traditional TaeKwon Do, and then 1 hour of relaxing Hatha Yoga, followed by one hour of restoring Chi Gung. Admission is by donation, and all money will be going to support the Canadian Diabetes Association. [...]

May 28th – Graduation will be held at our Lady of Fatima Hall.  Please let us know at the front desk if you cannot attend, and remember to sign up for a certificate if you would like one.

Come out and Support the Black Belt Candidates as they test for their black belts! The run starts at Lions Park at 9:00, and the candidates meet back at the school for 10:30. Advanced students are advised to watch at least one test before they apply for their own black belt cycles.
