Are you are looking for an activity where the whole family can get involved? Our program is designed to strengthen and develop the unity in a family. When individuals work together as a team, their individual talents will naturally improve.
There are benefits for everyone. Kids love it because it is fun and it helps them work towards goals, builds self esteem and teaches self discipline. Parents love taking classes because it is a great way to get in shape while learning to defend yourself. And most importantly, it is spending quality time together as a family.
