Our program helps with endurance, weight loss, flexibility, coordination, self discipline gaining a positive attitude, stress reduction, improved concentration, balance and strength training.

Our clases are highly supervised. The students are never asked to perform movements that would put them in danger of injury. Our children’s curriculum has been specifically designed to accomodate ages 4 years and up.

Class sizes are monitored to ensure low students to instructor ratios providing students with an ideal learning environment.

Absolutely not. Our martial arts program is about self defense, not self offense. We teach our students to respect the skills we develop. We teach our students to act with confidence, maintain self control and self discipline in order to maintain the courtesy and integrity of the Art.

We ask that anyone who is interested in any of our Programs to come by and watch a class in progress first. This way you and/or your child can view the class and see exactly what the students are learning and how the instructors teach and interact with the students. Once you have viewed a class, we then suggest that you participate in our Introductory Program. This gives you the opportunity to participate in the classes for 2 weeks FREE.The Introductory Program is a great way to introduce you to our school. You will have the opportunity to meet the instructors and try out our classes at no obligation. Participating in our classes will give you the “hands on” experience you need to make an educated decision to choose the best school for you and/or your child.
